Cancellations must be made with the Canberra and Region Visitors Centre between 9.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday and 9.00am and 4.00pm Saturday and Sunday. Refund will be give for cancellations 24 hours prior to tour pick up and hotel check in time.
