Cancellations must be made with the Canberra and Region Visitors Centre between 9.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday and between 9.00am and 4.00pm on Saturday and Sunday.
No refunds will be give for cancellations less than 24 hours prior to tour pick up and hotel check in time.
