Cancellations must be made with the Canberra and Region Visitors Centre between 9.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday and 9.00am and 4.00pm Saturday and Sunday.
 100% refund will be give for cancellations 24 hours prior to start time.
 No refund will be given for cancellations less than 24 hours prior to start time.
