For your riding pleasure Row n Ride provides the following:

FREE delivery and pickup to your home, hotel or the lake. Family Friendly hire rates FREE use of the cycleways map of Canberra FREE use of locks and helmets Quality well maintained bikes that are less than 12 months old Gears; all our bikes are fitted with quality Shimano easy fire gears FREE puncture repair. If you get a puncture during your ride we will come to you and replace the bike NEW tagalong childrens bikes Child seats and Kidicarrier trailers Tandems available.

The following PAX types have been found to most closely match your request:

Pick up Point
Weekends: Deliveries from 8am to midday. 24 hours notice recommended to guarantee a delivery time.

Mid week: Delivery only available before 9am and after 5pm.

Group bookings: anytime by prior arrangement.

Notes
We strongly recommend you pre-book at least the day prior. We can only carry a limited number of bikes on our vehicle at any one time. Once we load and start deliveries it may be some time for us to be able to get back to the shed to restock for your needs.

Child is under 16 years of age

Family consists of 2 adults and 2 children - additional bike for children under 16years of age are $25 each

Cancellation and Indemnity
· More than 14 days notice is given 50% of any deposit payments will be refunded. · 7 - 14 days notice is given to us your booking deposit will be forfeited and not refunded. · Less than 7 days your fee is transferable but not refundable. · NOTE: If cancellation takes place the day prior to or on the day of your trip the total cost of the trip will be forfeited and the full amount is payable.

**PLEASE NOTE** A family ticket covers 2 adults and to 2 children. Children are aged 16 and under. To book a family ticket please select 1 family from options. Wet weather guarantee: If you have booked in advance and on the day you want to go it is raining you can cancel your booking with no penalty to you.
